General Admission Tickets

Your ticket purchase is non-refundable. Admission tickets can be rescheduled up until 3:00 PM, on the original ticket date, by contacting Visitor Experience at (508) 793-4362. 

Discounts cannot be applied to advanced ticket purchases. Please present an appropriate form of ID to the visitor experience associate upon your arrival to receive the discount. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to a previously purchased ticket.
