If you already have some drawing/ composition skills, get ready to create in this fast-paced watercolor class that focuses primarily on the wet-into-wet technique. Watercolor basics are reviewed and utilized
throughout the session but the focus is more “learn by doing.” It’s fun!

Student Supply List
To Start: Student Level or higher watercolor in pans. (Tubes can be
used but we often work with dried paint that is activated with water.)
140 lb Strathmore, Arches, or Canson cold press paper. (We do try hot
press later in session.)
Various sizes of round brushes
At least one flat brush
Jug of water
Paper towel or rag
Pencil
(The curriculum showcases papers, paints and brushes given
students the opportunity to buy additional supplies if desired.)
