Students will create etchings and collagraphs (low-relief prints) separately or in combination. From line etching to carborundum collagraph, we'll explore a range of applications in your prints [ALL]

Recommended Supplies
 
basic sketch materials (sketchpad, pencils, pens or markers). If you have some related supplies for Collagraph platemaking, such as low relief textural materials (dried leaves, scraps of fabric, etc.) and possibly gesso, glue or acrylic medium (matte or gloss, or gel medium), that may be helpful.  
We'll go over other possible materials in the first class and thereafter ,related to Collagraph and Etching, as well.
