This course will increase students' ability to rapidly interpret what they see using a variety of media including ebony pencil, ink wash, sketches on toned paper, and watercolor. We will cover the technique of the self-contained sketch; capturing as much information as possible in quick study. Classes will be held both at the museum and on location at sites including the Worcester courthouse, library, and public market. [ALL]
