Applying carborundum grit to metal plates can create tonal prints in black and white or in color. This direct approach to creating prints with a 'mezzotint' appearance allows students to scrape and burnish 'light out of dark' from their plates! The instructor will guide students through this friendly method of expressive, quality printmaking. Some materials provided. INT+ $125
