WORKSHOP: Basic Drawing Bootcamp

This drawing workshop is a crash course in how to use various drawing materials and subjects to strengthen proportion, scale, value, and perspective. Jumpstart your observation skills and render expressive artworks, all while having fun! ALL $80

workshop supplies 

• an assortment of graphite pencils, soft charcoal pencils
• art gum eraser and kneaded erasers
• soft vine or willow charcoal and white chalk
• 16X20 sketchbook/papers
• chamois or small square from a cotton tee shirt
• brown packing paper or brown paper bag OR tinted charcoal paper
• spray fixative to secure charcoal to paper – optional
• ”black pastel” or “Dick Blicks” or compressed charcoal in stick form 9. small tube of acrylic, gesso or tempera paint in white
• water base India ink and pen and nibs – nothing fancy. Can buy a kit
