Workshop Descriptions:
Motion Pictures - Immerse yourself in the captivating realm of moving pictures with the zoetrope, where each spin reveals a new tale waiting to be told. Explore the intricate mechanics of this timeless device and unleash your artistic vision to craft mesmerizing, dynamic animations.
Afterimage Portraits - Create a painting in the style of a photonegative in order to achieve an incredible optical illusion: a closed-eye afterimage in full-color.
Camera Magic - Use different camera tricks to create bizarre and fantastical pictures, featuring famous techniques from film.
Shadow Sculpting - Create a transformative sculpture that casts an illustrative shadow, using assemblage techniques and spotlights.
Point of Hue - Create a mysterious painting that only reveals certain hidden details under corresponding color lights.

To register for individual workshops: Below the top listing, click the link that says Show Individual Events. In each workshop you want to register a child for, enter the number of students you are registering in the quantity fields. Then scroll to the bottom and click Register.
