The Great Outdoors | Drawing in Perspective | Animals in Art for 8-10 years


Be creative in The Great Outdoors with sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and kites you make yourself! Mid-morning, practice Drawing in Perspective, using overlapping, foreshortening, and shading to make your artwork look life-like. Finish your day with a roar making animal-inspired paintings, drawings, and sculptures in Animals in Art.


About WAM's Youth & Teen Summer Programs:

  • Summer Programs for students 5 to 17 years old run from 9AM to 3PM. 
  • Drop-off begins at 8:30AM in the Lancaster Lobby off of Lancaster Street.
  • Dress for mess!
  • Bring a peanut- and tree-nut free lunch.
  • Afternoon Extended Day is available from 3PM to 5PM for an additional fee.
