Nan Hass Feldman

This class runs 6 weeks from 4/25 to 5/31.

Dissect famous paintings by making solid color studies of them. Then use patterned and textured papers, 3-D objects, and collage to design and plan new works. The class will culminate in each student completing at least one finished artwork.

Student Supplies

Sketchbook, pencil, eraser, your preferred painting supplies, glue stick, scissors, and a large variety of scrap papers, and any other supplies you may want to bring to the first class. Your instructor will review supplies.

Construction work will be occurring in the Higgins Education Wing as the windows and skylights in the wing are being replaced. If there will be any effect on your class, such as a change in studio, we will let you know ASAP.
