Learn ways to add designs to textiles, including bleach, resist dyes and paints, embroidery, and beading. We will begin by adding background designs and build up layers to create a final piece. Students who have attended Natural Dyeing and/or Shibori workshops are encouraged to bring the fabrics they produced as a base for this class. 

Materials are provided.

Construction work will be occurring in the Higgins Education Wing as the windows and skylights in the wing are being replaced. If there will be any effect on your class, such as a change in studio, we will let you know ASAP.
